Tow broke free from tugboat

This morning during very strong Northerly wind 9Bf the towline of the tug Serval snapped from the tow Damen Hull 9393 West from the Dutch Wadden Island Texel. The tug Serval with the hull 9393 seen during Turkey Straits passage The tug was underway from the Damen Shipyard in Galati; Romania to the Damen Bergum Yard; Netherlands for the final outfitting of the hull. Rederij Noordgat was contracted for assistance. The tugs Hunter and Hurricane connected up and towed the hull to Harlingen. The Serval is underway to Ijmuiden.
