REBONAVE towing Patrol Boats for Portuguese Navy

Two Patrol Vessels type STANFLEX 300 for the Portuguese Navy were seen entering the port of Lisbon, under towage of Portuguese flagged tugboats MONTENOVO and POSEIDON, owned by REBONAVE, S.A.
REBONAVE, S.A., the Portuguese towage company, has been selected by NSA-NATO Support and Procurement Agency, for the towage of five Patrol Vessels (1 single + 2 double towages) from Korsor (Zealand Island, Denmark) to the Portuguese Naval Base of Lisbon.

Twin screw 50 TBP seagoing tug MONTENOVO has just finished the first double towage, after a transit of arnd 1.800 nm.
Before entering the port of Lisbon, double towage has been splitted, remaining one Patrol Vessel with MONTENOVO, the other being handed over to the 35 TBP SCHOTTEL azimuth tractor tug POSEIDON.

Both vessels have been successfully delivered to the Portuguese Navy, alongside Alfeite pier, the 18th of July, 2015.
The second double towage is scheduled to start the first quarter of August 2015.
